Intro to Yoga

Intro to Hatha Yoga: Saturday, November 20. Learn the basics of yoga, including physical postures, breathing, meditation, and deep relaxations techniques. No experience or flexibility required! This intro is appropriate for absolute beginners as well as those wishing to brush up on fundamentals.
Intro to Vinyasa Flow: Sunday, November 21. Learn how to put the basic yoga components into a flowing sequence that exercises and tones the entire body, clears the mind, and connects breath, body, mind, and spirit. Intro to Hatha Yoga is not a requirement, but familiarity with basic yoga poses is needed. Come prepared to sweat, breathe, and transform!
$30 one day | $50 full weekend (2 days)
Freetah B! (formerly Jehfree Spirit) is an Integrative Yoga Therapist who shares the ancient wisdom of yoga in a light-hearted and fun class. He teaches Vinyasa Flow and Restorative classes that address all five levels of consciousness that make up the human being: Physical, Energetic, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual. Freetah B! is a colorful character with a great sense of humor, and his clear words make every class welcoming to both the beginner and the most advanced student. Freetah B!'s primary teachers are Joseph and Lillian LePage, creators of Integrative Yoga Therapy. He has over 1000 hours of training and is a professional member of the Yoga Alliance.
