Introduce your kids (and yourself) to the calming, centering,
and fun world of yoga at Om Shala.
During the school year, we offer weekly Yoga for kids' ages 5-8 and 9-12, teens are welcome to try our Beginner's yoga as their foundation. For those ages 0-4, we invite them to play stretch and breathe with their parent. So cute!
To open the summer, we host a 4 week chakra series for kids' ages 7-12. To end the summer, we have a Kids' yoga camp for kid's 7-12 for one week. See workshops for more information.
Prenatal Yoga • Mondays 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
• Wednesday 5 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
Mommy/Daddy & Me • Thursdays 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (For kids ages 0-4 and their caregivers. $5 per child.) Adults free.
Kids' Yoga ages 5-8 • Tuesdays(Sept - April) 4:15 p.m. - 5:25 p.m.
Kids' Yoga ages 9-12 • Thursdays(Sept - April) 4:15 p.m. - 5:25 p.m.
Yoga is a wonderful way for kids of all ages to have fun while learning tools to stay peaceful and happy. The younger we learn to move through stress with grace and breath, the more habitual such behavior becomes. We also offer pre-natal yoga, so you can start sharing yoga with your child during this time of close bonding.
Kids' Yoga at Om Shala is a blend of movement, breathing techniques, songs, games, guided relaxation, and meditation. Come join us!
