Kundalini Yoga - The Yoga of Awareness

A weekend immersion to savor your own sweet soul.

with Gurudarshan Khalsa
Saturday, January 28th – 12-6 pm and Sunday, January 29th – 11-5 pm

$40 for each day/$35 by January 20th
$75 for both days/$60 by January 20th

This in-depth workshop will include physical postures to prepare the body, pranayama breathing to open the chakras, mantra chanting to align your personal life force with the Universal life force, and gong meditations that will use the healing waves of the Universal sound current to give you a direct experience of the infinite flow of cosmic energy. No experience is necessary. There will be opportunities for you to share your personal experience with the group, if you choose.  This will help create a sacred space for community support and healing.

This workshop is appropriate for anyone with a deep desire to directly experience the infinite potential that lies within, and deepen that connection.  No experience is necessary, because everything will be explained and demonstrated.  The postures are not difficult, so anyone with average flexibility, balance and strength can do them.  The mantras and melodies are simple, and there will be hand outs with the words.  There will be a short break in the middle of each day's session.  Please bring water and any snacks that you might need.
