We truly believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of experience, flexibility level, age, body type, or injuries. If you are wondering which class is right for you, and this page does not give you the information you need, please call or stop by the studio and talk to one of us. If you…
Are new to yoga or recovering from an injury:
- Anusara Level 1 M/F 10:45 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Level 1 Wed 10:45 a.m. - 12 p.m. & Th eve 5:45 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- Vinyasa & Alignment Tu/Th 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- Restorative Yoga Wed 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. & Sun 6:30 – 8 p.m.
- Gentle Yoga for 50+ Wed 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Are new to yoga but are able bodied and active and want a more challenging first class:
- Forrest Yoga Tu/ Sa 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
- Level I-II classes, if you feel up for it!
Are 50+:
- Gentle Yoga for 50+ Wed 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Are Pregnant:
- Prenatal Yoga Mon 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Work 9 - 5:
- Classes every weekday evening starting at 5:30 p.m., 5:45 p.m., 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.
- Weekend classes Saturday & Sunday
Have children:
- Mommy/Daddy & Me Thurs 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
- Kids' Yoga ages 5-8: Tu 4:15 p.m. - 5:25 p.m. ages 9-12: Th 4:15 p.m. - 5:25 p.m.
- Please note: we offer a Vinyasa I-II class at the same time as our Kids' Yoga classes, so you can practice at the same time if you wish!
- Many of our regular teachers are happy to have kids in their classes; check with the teacher if your child wants to practice with you.
