Yoga for Compassionate Weight Loss

Six Sunday afternoons: May 15 - June 19
3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

If you are ready to change your relationship with food and your body, this class series is for you. Over the course of six Sundays, we will work together to set intentions and goals that support real and lasting changes. We will incorporate the practices of hatha yoga and yogic breath, as well as the principles of Ayurveda, suggestions for home practice, and mindful eating. The atmosphere of the class will be supportive and nonjudgmental.

Please bring a journal or writing materials to each class session.

$125 by May 1 | $145 after  May 1*
*Scholarships may be available for those who qualify.
A minimum of four people is required for this program to run.

 Jodie DiMinno is a 500-hr. certified Kripalu Yoga teacher who believes that yoga is a path to self-acceptance, and acceptance is the first step toward change. She is passionate about relaxation and restoration, and profoundly grateful to share these gifts with others.
