Join Liz Heffernan E-RYT 500, C-IAYT for a detailed breakdown of over 40 common yoga postures over two weekends in November. Come for one or both weekends!

  • Learn an adaptive, anatomy informed approach that honors individual difference

  • Refine your alignment, increase your pose integrity and prevent overuse/ repetitive strain.

  • Clear instructions and helpful information on common misalignments, benefits and contraindications

  • All welcome from the beginner to the seasoned yogi - there is something for everyone.

  • The idea of one correct way to do a yoga pose is outdated. Join us to explore modifications so you can find that perfect place of power and bliss inside each and every asana.

Please Note: Full Program Participants meet for an additional session Friday evenings 5:30-8:30, these special Friday evening sessions are not open to public enrollment unless specified.

Weekend One: November 1-3

Saturday 1-5pm: Standing and Balancing on Feet

Sunday 1-5pm: Hip Openers and Forward Bends

Weekend Two: November 15-17

Saturday 1-5pm: Backbends and Twists

Sunday 1-5pm: Inversions
