Gain fresh techniques in this two day training on methods for enhancing the depth of your personal and/or teaching practice.

Saturday and Sunday 1-5pm

Please Note: Full Program Participants meet for additional sessions Friday evening 5:30-8:30pm as well as Saturday morning 8am-12pm, these special Friday evening and Saturday Morning sessions are not open to public enrollment unless specified.

  • Learn the principles of sequencing and the basic arc of structuring to create an intelligent and safe evolution of postures.

  • Explore the meaning and history of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and how to weave the breath as a “Sutra” through your practice.

  • We will Highlight creative methods to craft a sequence—drawing from a variety of inspirations such as peak postures, mudras, mythology and yoga philosophy, Svadyaya-self study and sadhana-daily practice, nature, mantras, music- and a handful of other ideas to spark creativity within your teaching and practice.
