Join Samantha Akers for a divine afternoon of Yin Yoga and Metta Meditation.
This is the perfect time of year to invite in the slow practice of Yin and to turn inward, inclining the mind towards kindness. As Winter and the holidays approach, many of us experience sluggishness or high anxieties. Slowing down and turning towards the heart (with intentions of peace and kindness) can be a helpful remedy. In this 3 hour class, we will practice Yin Yoga, as well as seated Metta meditation for self and for another.
Sam teachers Body Wise, Integrated Yin, so that it is safe and sustainable for all body types. All levels are welcome!
