Mindful Preparation for Childbirth

Prepare for the birth of your baby with grace & ease! In this workshop, we’ll explore the stages of labor & practice yoga together in a fun and supportive environment. We will focus on the different stages and experiment with movements and yoga postures that may be helpful in keeping the labor moving smoothly and managing pain.

No yoga experience is required; everything we do will be appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Jodie DiMinno is a 500 hour certified Kripalu Yoga instructor and Doula. She is inspired to share her knowledge and to offer loving support to other women so that they and their families may experience pregnancy & birth as magical and deeply transformative events.
