YOGA - COMMUNITY - DISCOVERY
A 7 day journey of yoga, community, and discovery in the cradle of humanity
Ethiopia is one of the few places where ancient traditions continue to shape daily life. Cradle of humanity, incredibly culturally diverse, never under colonial rule, seat of the African Union and home to the Ark of the Covenant. Pilgrims still walk mountain paths, coffee is shared as ceremony, and hospitality remains an expression of culture. It is a place that naturally invites us to slow down, look within, and practice yoga with greater awareness of our place in the world.
Some journeys invite us to see the world.
Others invite us to see ourselves.
Practice
This retreat is for all levels of yoga experience. Together we'll develop a personal yoga practice you can carry home, while exploring Ethiopia through its landscapes, traditions, food, and people.
Community
Shared practice creates connection. Our hope is that this retreat becomes the beginning of friendships that continue long after we leave Ethiopia.
Your Guides
This retreat brings together two perspectives united by a shared love of yoga and Ethiopia. Together we hope to create a retreat that honors both traditions—offering an authentic experience of practice, culture, and community.
