Kundalini is the science of changing and strengthening our radiance to give us an expanded life and greater capacity. Kundalini is said by the yogic texts to be the fastest path to establish an aligned relationship between body, mind and soul.

Although kundalini builds physical strength and flexibility, it is more about moving energy,concentrating our lifeforce, and allowing us to easily access our intuition and inner wisdom.

Kundalini uses a combination of Naad (the yogic science of sound), asana (physical postures), meditation, and pranayama (yogic breath) in prescriptive sequences called kriyas that are designed to give specific effects and benefits.

In this class, you will learn how to build a powerful foundation in the art and science of Kundalini yoga through rhythmic meditative journeys designed to bring greater clarity, vitality and happiness. Kundalini yoga is medicine for the mind, body and soul. All people and all levels are welcome!

About the Instructor:

Jen Bruce is a teacher of Kundalini yoga, which is the ancient science of fulfilling our potential in the experience of being human. Kundalini yoga is specifically designed to give westerners the powerful tools needed to navigate the challenging times we face in today’s world with greater ease, vitality, peace and strength.

Jen fell in love with Kundalini yoga and its immense and rapid potential for healing and growth along her own healing journey from generational trauma, chronic illness, and addiction. Eventually her studies led her to Rishikesh, India, where she studied kundalini yoga over the course of five years with some of the most renowned teachers in the world on the banks of the sacred Ganges River in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains. Jen has continued her studies in Kundalini yoga in California since returning home from her travels to India.

Jen is also a holistic health practitioner specializing in nutrition, lifestyle medicine, andpsychedelic integration for mental health, trauma, chronic illness and addiction recovery. Jen is a founding member of Decriminalize Nature Humboldt and believes everyone has the right to physical, mental and spiritual freedom.

Jen teaches kundalini in a laid-back, non-dogmatic style that is uplifting and joyful toexperience. No gurus, just a practical and powerful technology for living a happy life.
